George Brownlee, owner of the just opened Homewreckers Waco, an antiques and interiors store, comes to Waco with 35 years of experience in the industry. George, a native Texan, started selling antiques at the flea market in Sausalito, California. Later, he began exhibiting on the antique show circuit with shows in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Pasadena, California, Salt Lake City, Houston, Chicago, and Round Top, Texas. He also opened an antique shop on Ashby Avenue in Berkeley, California..

Fourteen years ago George moved to Waco. Urban Market and the DASH show in Houston have been regular venues. During Round Top Week, he exhibits at the Rose of Texas in Warrenton twice yearly. George enjoys staging homes and shops with other dealers and decorators in the Houston area.

Homewreckers Waco carries unique items in many areas. During the last three years George has traveled to France and Belgium shopping for merchandise.
